As a business adviser I train my clients in business and marketing planning, strategy development, upgrading their management and marketing skills. It’s about me telling you what needs doing, and learning what specifically needs to be done, when and how to do that.
As an accredited Co-Active coach I help my clients to get into action, make changes and create what they really want, mastering their internal psychology and supporting their will power. It’s about asking those awkward questions and creating your own answers, through accelerated learning and accessing your deeper wisdom, overcoming obstacles and your inner saboteurs, and having a safe place to be crazy and explore who you really are meant to be.
As a trainer I like to use creative tools and games to help groups of especially start-up businesses to learn and to motivate them to get into action to create a better and bolder business. I teach business planning, marketing and sales tools and techniques, combined with overcoming internal challenges around decision making and selling yourself.
As a mentor I use my own work experience as a freelancer and business owner, and as an employee in both the (high growth) private and non-profit sector, working with 100’s of start-ups and growing businesses.
I combine these different roles for my clients to create a tailor made service for them.
I graduated in graphic design, and although I have never worked as such, I use these skills everyday. I love using visual and creative thinking tools, passionately working on solutions for my client’s marketing challenges. Function and beauty are equally important to me, and I combine being able to look at the big picture with a great eye for detail. And as many creatives I very often think ‘It’s not good enough yet, I can make that work even better’…
