You will create your own marketing plan, set specific sales objectives and goals, and over a one month period you will be supported to increase your revenue, and get more clients or supporters. This is not a ‘lazy-sit-in-my-chair-and-the-clients-will-appear’ programme, but gets you into real action! This programme works really well if you need to boost your marketing quickly, or if you have a very specific deadline (i.e. in preparation for a sales exhibition or launch of new product range) It works a bit like a personal trainer for your business who will make sure you get the most out of yourself, your work and business!
What is it?
During the 5-week programme you will:
- Start with a 3 hour ‘workshop’ meeting in Central or North London, or Skype
- Five consecutive weekly coaching sessions of 45min each by telephone. If you work part-time then we could work on a fortnightly planning, but part of the success of this programme is that there is a ‘stop the excuses, do it now’ approach to it.
- A toolkit of tested sales and marketing techniques, both on and off line
- You will create your own customised marketing action plan, based on your own goal that you want to achieve
